She was not required to plead.The facts of the prosecutor revealed to the court that Wardon rented a house to Samantha Collins at Lot 173 Calendar Street, Albouystown. She went to the woman’s home on October 29 where she had some men remove the zinc from the roof of the house.The prosecutor continued that the rain subsequently fell that night and as of such the articles were damaged.Defence Attorney Lance Ferreira, who appeared on the woman’s behalf, said that his client was placed on $10,000 bail and the matter was transferred to another court for November 14.He said these charges were new charges ensued since the complainant had only made a report for a television. He said that the complainant had been adding to the items. He further claimed that if the court was to ask for the receipt of the items then she would not be able to produce them.The court told the defendant that she would be put on bail in the sum of $60,000.
